'Sun's out, guns out': Kelly Ripa flexes her biceps on Instagram - and they're seriously impressive
Television personality Kelly Ripa has showed off her toned arms in a friend's Instagram post, and she's ripped.
The photo was posted by Bruze Bozzi, the EVP of Palm Restaurant Group. In the selfie, he's holding the camera and flexing, as Ms Ripa, who's 43, stands behind him.
The caption says, 'Sexy guns on @kel1_consuelos' (Ms Ripa's private account) and includes a SoulCycle hashtag, suggesting they had just attended a class at the popular spin club.

Mr Bozzi's followers immediately started commenting, leaving remarks such as: 'Too much hotness for one pic,' 'Sun's out, guns out,' and 'She is fierce.'
In his caption, Mr Bozzi also mentioned Marvin Foster, Jr, a popular instructor at SoulCycle's West Village, Manhattan location. In addition to giving Foster's handle, he used the hashtag 'magicmarvinmonday.'
After Mr Bozzi posted the flexing shot, he put up another picture, this time with Ms Ripa striking a pose between himself and an unidentified female.
Ms Ripa, who cohosts the popular morning talk show Live with Kelly & Michael alongside Michael Strahan, is wearing a multi-strand pearl necklace, light-pink, low-slung shorts, and a white tank top.

This isn't the first time Ms Ripa has showed off her muscles for the camera. On YouTube, users have made compilations of all her flexes through the years.
So how does she stay so buff? In addition to SoulCycle, the mother-of-three works out regularly with New York-based trainer Anna Kaiser, owner of AKT In Motion, according to USWeekly.

Ms Kaiser coaches her through 'interval training,' which is a mix of dance-based routines and circuit training.
"Interval training is the best way to work out,' Ms Kaiser told the magazine, 'and when you pair it with dance, you make it even more fun and more efficient because you're working on all planes of motion.'
