When photos of porn star, Christy Mack, emerged with her face swollen and looking like a pulp, an outrage from fans and concerned citizens broke the internet because of the reason behind it.

Mack released a lengthy statement recalling the traumatizing incidents that occurred when ex-boyfriend, MMA fighter War Machine, brutally assaulted her continuously until she was able to seek help from a neighbor.

Earlier this week, the MMA fighter pleaded 'not guilty' to 32 felony charges in a Las Vegas Courtroom. Koppenhaver is facing charges for attempted murder, one of the 9 felony counts related to the beating of Mack.

The prosecutors added more charges that date back to May, including kidnapping, burglary, sexual assault, and coercion, as reported by Daily Mail.

32-year-old Koppenhaven was arrested on August 15, a week after 'allegedly beating up' Mack on August 8 in her house. Mack recalls how Koppenhaven assaulted her companion at that time, Corey Thomas, and sent him home, threatening to have his friends killed if he reported the assault. The MMA fighter then started punching and kicking the 22-year-old adult film star.

Mack suffered 18 broken bones surrounding the area of her eyes, lost teeth and a broken nose. Mack then said that War Machine cut an sawed her hair using a dull knife, making her fear for her life.

"He made me undress and shower in front of him, then dragged me out and beat my face. I have no recollection of how many times I was hit, I just know my injuries that resulted from my beating," said Mack in a statement.
