WOOD VILLAGE, Ore. — A local woman named Jessica Mitchell posted on Facebook Saturday morning that her car had been stolen from the Wood Village Walmart parking lot.
What's worse? Her dog, a Chinese shar-pei, was inside.
The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office says Mitchell went in side the store for about 45 minutes around 5:30 a.m., and when she came outside her vehicle was gone.
The stolen, white 1999 Subaru Legacy also contained $3,000 worth of camera equipment.
Mitchell is asking anyone who sees her car or dog to call the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office.
