The reality beauty leg bombed her way along the red carpet in the shiny couture look which clung to her famous curves.
Kim wore the form-fitting dress, which was nipped in at the waist and had long sleeves, with a pair of silver strappy heels and chunky, dazzling jewels.
Kim, whose make-up looked as flawless as ever, bleached her eyebrows a few shades lighter and wore her dark locks scraped back away from her face.

Meanwhile, rapper Kanye wore a matching studded silver jacket, ripped jeans, and also decided to wear blue contact lenses.
When quizzed about the contacts, he simply replied, “Vibes”.
Kim's sisters Kendall and Kylie also dazzled in sexy, slinky, show-stopping designs on the night.
Natural beauty Kendall, 20, was showing off plenty of flesh in a cut-out Versace gown which she teamed with white heels and a sleek ponytail.

Embracing the night's theme – Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology - the 18-year-old looked older than her years in the beaded shimmering Balmain number.
To complete the winning look, Kylie was dripping in Lorraine Schwartz jewels which she showcased on Snapchat ahead of the big event and also decided to ditch her hair extensions, instead opting for a short, sleek bob.
But while Kim, Kendall and Kylie injected plenty of colour into the red carpet, momager Kris stuck to her signature colour - black.
The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch opted to wear a sequin black gown which she teamed with a choker and dramatic, smokey eyes.
