Authorities say a man wanted in a Fort Worth, Texas, murder case is in custody after being arrested in New Mexico.

New Mexico State Police in Farmington say they, along with San Juan County Sheriff’s Office SWAT, assisted a U.S. Marshals Service Task Force with the apprehension of 44-year-old Gabriel Delgado.

State Police say Delgado was found at a house in Nageezi, New Mexico, and was taken into custody without incident.

Delgado was booked into the San Juan County Detention Center for his homicide warrant.
