Regina Simons, one of the women who has accused Steven Seagal of sexual assault, sat down with Megyn Kelly on Friday to detail her unsavory experience with the Hollywood vet.
Per Simons, she first met the Under Siege actor back in 1993. She was only 18 years old at the time, while Seagal was in his 40s and married to model Kelly LeBrock. Regina got to know Steven while playing an extra in one of Steven’s films and was invited by him to attend the film’s wrap party.

Regina claims she only went in order to network with other industry professionals. However, when she arrived, Simons did not find herself at a Tinseltown bash. She explained:
“He let me in through the gate and he was standing at the doorway. Immediately I asked him where everyone else was for this wrap party and he said that everyone had left and he said he wanted to show me something.”
He then allegedly led her to “what seemed like a bedroom.” It didn’t take long, she says, before the now 65-year-old made unwanted moves on Regina. The accuser continued:
“Then [he] closed the door and tried to kiss me and took my clothes off and, before I knew it, he was on top of me and I couldn’t move. I just completely froze ├óΓé¼┬ª even felt like I left my body.”
Regina says she fought back tears as time passed. She also noticed a photo on a nightstand of Seagal and “the lady from Weird Science.” Simons relayed that she didn’t know the woman was Seagal’s famous wife. Regina added:
“I remember just staring at that picture and wanting him to stop. I know what consent is and that definitely was not consensual. There was no asking me if this was okay. It just was very predatory, very aggressive and traumatizing.”
Regina has filed an official report with both the LAPD and Beverly Hills Police Department. Both departments have confirmed that there are sexual assault investigations currently open against the actor. Although this ordeal was traumatizing for Regina, she simply wants “acknowledgement” from Steven for what he’s done.
Numerous women, including Portia de Rossi and Jenny McCarthy, have made claims of misconduct against the controversial performer.
Simons concluded:
“For me I know this type of behavior and abuse continues in silence which is why I came forward. To call out my accuser and let him know that this is not okay and hopefully there could be some change in there ├óΓé¼┬ª Let abusers know that this is not okay.”
