Man fatally shot at north Harris County car lot

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man is dead after he was shot by two women who joined him on a trip to a car lot in north Harris County, deputies said.

It happened in the 9000 block of Airline.

According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, three people showed up to pick up plates for a car that had been recently purchased.

At some point, the man got into a fight with the two women inside the vehicle. The man was shot and the two women drove off. He died at the scene.

No one at the car lot was injured or involved.

No other details were immediately available.
