Man dies after bee sting in Nalgonda

One person died, and six others were injured due to bee stings in Nalgonda and Yadadri Bhuvanagiri districts on Wednesday.

According to the police, a 46-year-old man died in Veliminedu village in the Chityala mandal of Nalgonda district after a swarm of bees attacked him.

The victim was speaking with his friends on the roadside when the bees attacked him.

The police identified the victim as Nalla Anji Reddy, a resident of Chityala.

In another incident, six college students were stung by bees near Madharam village in Bibinagar when one of them disturbed its colony.

The boys were taken to a local medical facility for first-aid.
