Central New York native Tiffany "New York" Pollard may have enough drama for her own reality TV show again.

Pollard first entered the spotlight as a contestant on Flavor Flav's dating series "Flavor Of Love" a decade ago, eventually landing her own shows like "I Love New York" and "New York Goes to Work." Following her recent appearance on "Celebrity Big Brother" (and drama with fellow cast member David Gest), she revealed on Wednesday's episode of VH1's "Family Therapy" that she's pregnant with her first child.

"Oh f---, oh my gosh, no," she exclaims with surprise. "This is so weird. It's so scary."

Pollard, 34, tells host Dr. Jenn and her castmates, which include hip-hop producer Damon Dash, "Jackass" star Bam Margera and Lindsay Lohan's father Michael Lohan. But Pollard's mother, Michelle Rothschild-Patterson, known publicly as "Sister Patterson," doesn't believe her own daughter is expecting a baby.

"Tiffany is not pregnant. If Tiffany was pregnant, I would know it," Patterson says. Pollard tries to laugh it off, but her mother doesn't see the humor.

"If Tiffany ends up being pregnant, and has this baby, she's having my baby. Meaning her child would be mine," Patterson adds.

Pollard, who said she was five weeks along in the previously taped episode, told viewers in a confessional moment that she's still looking forward to becoming a mom herself.

"I know it's gonna change everything, so I think that's the thing I'm worried about the most," she confesses. "I'm used to waking up and making it about me, what I feel like doing. Maybe it is time for me to just have a baby, it's going to be fun. It's a lot of work."

It's unclear who the father is, but Pollard shared a photo of herself holding a baby late last year, telling fans she was "hooked" and wanted to become a "mama."

Pollard, described as a "walking time bomb of awesomeness for reality TV" by "Flavor of Love" casting associate Douglas Howington in 2014, is a graduate of Thomas R. Proctor High School in Utica. Her dramatic appearances and quotable personality, including the self-appointed nickname "H.B.I.C. (Head B---- In Charge)", made her a fan favorite when "Flavor of Love" launched in 2006.

Pollard was the runner-up for two years in a row on the Public Enemy rapper's show and became briefly engaged to "I Love New York" winners Patrick "Tango" Hunter (season 1) and George "Tailor Made" Weisberger (season 2), but then faded somewhat from the scene. She's returned with a vengeance the past year, getting her breast implants fixed on "Botched," appeared on the UK series "Celebrity Big Brother," and now stars on "Family Therapy."

What's next? It's her world, and we're all just
