It was not a model business relationship.

A fashion stylist sued Victoria’s Secret model Erin Heatherton for $10 million Thursday, saying the runway star shorted her out of money for a failed sports apparel line dubbed RetroActive.

The stylist, Clare Byrne, says in her suit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court that in 2015 she developed the brand concept, business strategy and clothing prototypes for Heatherton’s brand.

But in October 2015, after four months on the project, Heatherton announced she was abandoning RetroActive.

“Ms. Heatherton wanted to focus on a new romantic relationship and no longer wished to pursue RetroActive,” the suit says.

Heatherton, 28, was reported to be dating former Miami Dolphins tight end Jordan Cameron around the time she allegedly ditched the apparel company concept.

Byrne says Heatherton paid her a flat fee of $25,000. But the model — who also counts Leonardo DiCaprio among her exes — has not paid Byrne her $4,000 per diem, amounting to about $97,000 for unpaid fees and expenses, the suit says.

Byrne seeks $10 million for breach of contract and other claims.

Calls to attorneys for Byrne and Heatherton were not returned.
