There State Fire Marshal's Office now has a new member.Investigator Sean Plumer and his K-9 named Pal just completed a four-week course at the Accelerant Detection Canine School.Pal has been trained to sniff out tiny traces of potential accelerants like gasoline or lighter fluid.The State Fire Marshal's Office now has two K-9 teams on staff.
