RGA Names Risk-Transfer Dealmaker Anna Manning to Become New CEO

Reinsurance Group of America Inc., the reinsurer that was spun off from MetLife Inc., named risk-transfer dealmaker Anna Manning to replace Greig Woodring as chief executive officer.

Manning is senior executive vice president of structured solutions, which includes its global financial solutions and acquisitions businesses. She will become president Dec. 1 and will assume the CEO role in late 2016 when Woodring plans to retire, RGA said Monday in a statementBloomberg Terminal.
