Super Lung Terry Reid beloved by British Rock and Roll Royalty Makes Rare East Coast Appearance at the Paramount Thursday November 16th
Super Lung Terry Reid will make a rare East Coast appearance on the Paramount Stage Thursday November 16th at 7 pm. Terry’s soulful vocal and songs have attracted the admiration collaboration and support of Rock and Roll royalty.
His extraordinary talents caught the attention of Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and the New Yardbirds. Reid famously passed on to the lead singer role for Led Zeppelin instead recommending his friend Robert Plant. Reid then went on two World Tours to open for Cream and the Rolling Stones. Later Reid would also perform at Mick Jagger’s wedding to Bianca.

Everyone from Crosby, Stills & Nash and Marianne Faithfull to the Raconteurs and Rumer has covered Reid’s songs. His guitar playing and harmony vocals have been heard on LPs by Jackson Browne, Don Henley, and Bonnie Raitt
