SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — An inmate facing two life sentences for first-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter died at the South Dakota State Penitentiary on Sunday in Sioux Falls.
Authorities say Edwin Swallow, 60, died from an illness at the Jameson Annex.
Swallow was convicted for his crimes committed in Pennington County.
