Safety: Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a used gun is safe to shoot. The firearms offered have not been test fired but have been given a visual inspection only for auction purposes. It is a requirement that every used firearm is inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. By bidding, the buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise.
FFL and Curio & Relic: It is your responsibility to ensure that the gun is legal to own and receive in your area. We are a FFL dealer and comply with all Federal, State and Local laws. Modern firearms must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer in your area. The bidder is to supply a signed copy of local dealer’s license before shipment will be made.We will need CFLC numbers for CA FFL’s to ship a firearm within California. A C&R License is acceptable for C&R firearms only (guns determined to be C&R’s by ATF and guns known to be at least 50 years old). California law will NOT allow shipment of C&R HANDGUNS direct to a C&R holder in the State of California, a 01 dealer must be used. Antique firearms require bidder to supply proof of age. Some areas still require an FFL transfer for antique & black powder firearms (New Jersey, NYC, etc.)
Large capacity magazine restrictions: California - 10 round maximum for all magazines. Colorado (effective July 1, 2013) – 15 round maximum on all magazines. District of Columbia – 10 round maximum for all magazines. Hawaii - 10 round maximum for all handgun magazines. Illinois - 15 round maximum for all magazines in Aurora. 12 round maximum for all magazines in Chicago. 16 round maximum for all magazines in Franklin Park. 10 round maximum for all magazines in Oak Park. Maryland - 20 round maximum for all magazines. Massachusetts - 10 round maximum for all magazines. New Jersey - 15 round maximum for all magazines. New York - 10 round maximum for all magazines. Ohio – 30 round maximum for all magazines.
Payment: Full payment is required within 14 days. Personal Checks are held a full week for clearance. Texas residents will have 8.25% taxes added to purchase.

Return Policy: All firearms come with a 3-day (Tuesday-Saturday) non-firing inspection/return privilege. Inspection period begins at time of delivery to your dealer and it is your responsibility to inspect the gun in this time frame. In the case of a return, buyer pays all shipping so please ask questions BEFORE you bid.
Warranty: Auction guns are not covered by our in-store lifetime warranty.
Shipping: Quoted prices are for the lower 48 States, Alaska & Hawaii are often an additional charge. HANDGUNS are shipped FEDEX 2ND DAY/Insured; LONG GUNS are shipped FEDEX ground/Insured. If you prefer another type of shipping, it can be arranged. We include a signed copy of our FFL with each firearm shipped. If you live in the area and want to pick up your gun please stop in and say hi. We are always happy to meet our internet customers. U.S. sales only, no export, this includes antiques.
FEDEX GROUND/ Insured shipping will cost $30.00. Your item will be shipped within 1 week of receipt of good funds and FFL. You will receive an automatic notification with a tracking number upon shipment from UPS or USPS. If you are in Central Texas, you are welcome to pick your item up and complete the transfer at our shop in San Antonio (Tuesday-Friday 9-6 and Saturday 9-1).
We always combine on shipping to save you as much as we can. You can generally assume it will be full shipping charge on the first item, IN CASES OF MULTIPLE AUCTIONS WON BY A SINGLE INDIVIDUAL EACH CONSECUTIVE ITEM WILL INCUR CHARGE OF $25.00 PER ITEM. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINEES DAYS FOR PROCESSING PRIOR TO BEING SHIPPED. Exceptions only arise when the items are going to different locations (different licenses), or when they are exceptionally large, heavy or valuable and cannot be combined.
