The award winning daughter of actress Goldie Hawn gained 70 pounds during her pregnancy,which she needed to whittle off before starting on her next project. Her personal trainer Ashley Conrad, highly recommended her to "always hydrate and detox with lots of water with lemon squeezed, frequent meals and healthy snacks."

The actress opted for a low-carb and high protein diet. She combined this diet with Pilates, yoga and dance workouts. These programs are weight training and cardiovascular workouts. Hudson shed all the pregnancy weight gain in just four months. She instead gained the body of a Goddess that everyone envies.

The 35 year old actress admitted that the secret to her slim and toned figure is a healthy meal plan and a regular work out of at least 20-40 minutes a day.

Kate revealed that diet is an essential part of her health and well being. Healthy food keeps the actress motivated. Although she eats M&Ms occasionally and loves to drink wine.

The actress said "It's important to know what you're eating because food is fuel, and we don't want to fuel our bodies in a way that could make them sick".

The Hollywood actress now maintains her stunning bombshell body by just consuming 1,800 calories a day. and detoxifies to cleanse her digestive system.
