Incident happens on 8th and North streets
A driver hit a boy on his bicycle Tuesday afternoon, and now police are saying the driver may have been drunk.Watch this report on mobileThe incident occurred on Eighth Street and North streets in the village of Grafton.Travis Sette heard the sirens, then watched the aftermath."Someone was on a stretcher and getting put into an ambulance," Sette said. "That's crazy, especially here in Grafton during the day. But I guess it is St. Patrick's Day."Police identified John Raymond, 44, as the driver who hit the 13-year-old boy. They said Raymond had a child in the car with him and also has two prior OWI violations.Tricia Vangroll loves down the street from where the incident happened."We have a young son, so he'll be riding his bike soon enough," Vangroll said.
