Paris man turns himself in to authorities for shooting that injured one man

PARIS, Texas (KXII) -- Police have made an arrest in a shooting that injured a man in Paris earlier this week.
24-year-old Lekersie Cooper of Paris turned himself Wednesday.
Cooper was identified as the person responsible for injuring a 23-year-old man Tuesday morning when a scuffle led to a gun being fired, injuring the man's hands.
Cooper is charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
He bonded out of jail the same day.
