VANCOUVER, Wash. – A local non-profit shelter is looking to find homes for 10 young cats that were rescued from a hoarding situation in Southwest Washington.

Furry Friends Washington in Vancouver said they rescued the kittens from a home in the Cowlitz area. All of them had to go into quarantine while volunteers worked through their many issues.

The cats are now getting ready for adoption, and staff members are looking to find them forever homes.

Officials said anyone interested in the cats can stop by for a visit starting November 20, and the cats will be ready to go home in December.

Furry Friends Washington is a no-kill shelter and a non-profit 501(c)3 organization founded nearly two decades ago.
