Police arrested a 69-year-old male from Cape Town on the night of 13 July 2017.
They followed up on information they received about a vehicle that is transporting drugs from Bhisho to Queenstown. They’ve spotted the vehicle at Oak Street and followed it.
They managed to stop the vehicle at Reserve road and searched it and found the drugs to the street value of R4200.
The suspect was immediately arrested and charged with possession of drugs.
He will appeared in court on 14 July 2017. The vehicle that he used was confiscated.
