PFLUGERVILLE, Texas — It was an all guys edition on this KVUE Adventure.
Daybreak anchor Bryan Mays and reporter Jay Wallis recruited sports anchor Shawn Clynch, executive producer Andrew McKibben and former producer Travis Cox to join us at the Central Texas BMX track in Pflugerville for some exciting BMX action. All five of them took a little time to get used to the bikes and the track, but had a really great time completing six laps on the track.
The track is world class and has hosted some of the top riders in the United States, including a former Olympic gold medalist. You can go out and watch the experienced riders during their races on Fridays and Sundays.
You can also give it a try if you would like. The track has open riding for beginners every Saturday morning.
