Look, it’s a jet ski. No, it’s a scooter. No, it’s a Florida man riding a modified personal watercraft, according to a report by WJXT News 4 Jax, an independent Jacksonville news station.
Trey Yarbrough, 23, has Jacksonville drivers caught in the wake of his unusual ski-scooter, which he modified himself, according to WJXT.
News 4 also reported that the vehicle is apparently street legal as deemed by the Department of Transportation due to the scooter having a tail light, a headlight and a license plate.
