Alabama NFL roundup: Mark Ingram produces for streaking Saints

In four games since returning from an NFL suspension, New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram had totaled 181 yards on 50 carries. In the Saints' 51-14 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, Ingram broke loose with 104 yards on 13 rushing attempts and 58 yards and a touchdown on three receptions.

Ingram had four 100-yard rushing performances in a span of six games last season, but Sunday's output was his first 100-yard game since Nov. 19, when he had 134 against the Washington Redskins. Ingram now has 14 100-yard rushing games in his NFL career.

Ingram's touchdown came on a 28-yard catch-and-run with 13:33 left in the second quarter and the game tied at 7-7. Ingram's score started a run of 44 straight points for the Saints as they steamrolled Cincinnati for their eighth consecutive victory.

The touchdown reception was the fifth of Ingram's career. The other four came during the 2016 season.
