The clip of 'Life's a Tripp' captures the moment when Bristol breaks down in tears when her sister decides to leave her, while the lawsuit claims her of making false statement about Stephen Hanks.

AceShowbiz - Bristol Palin breaks down in tears in a new clip taken from her upcoming reality TV show "Life's a Tripp". The daughter of former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin cries to her sister Willow, begging her to stay in California when she wants to leave.
Willow is supposed to babysit Bristol's 3-year-old son Tripp, while the single mom works for a charity. "You guys have to read to Tripp every night," Sarah tells her daughters before they leave Wasilla, Alaska. "That's part of the deal. ... It's a lot of work taking care of him."
"You just don't realize how much harder this whole experience in California is going to be without you here," Bristol tells Willow. "I need my family, and I need your help." She can't hold back her tears when adding, "He has no one here except for me. ... I just don't want to be here alone."
In related news, Bristol is slapped with defamation lawsuit by the man who infamously heckled her at West Hollywood bar the Saddle Ranch Chop House last September. Stephen Hanks sues her for allegedly making false statements about him in a tabloid. She blames him for her decision to leave Los Angeles to Alaska, but he argues that she has bought a new house in Alaska two months before they met.
Stephen also makes complaint about Bristol's questions about his sexuality. Back then, she mocked him as "a homosexual" after he called her mother as a "wh*re" and "evil." He says in the lawsuit, "Bristol Palin's conduct was outrageous."
In addition, Stephen sues Lifetime for allegedly using his image without his consent to promote her reality series. "He has communicated with A&E regarding use of the footage, and they were non-responsive. He felt (filing the lawsuit) was all he could do to protect his rights," his lawyer Michael Gulden tells Reuters.
He is seeking more than $75,000 for suffering emotional distress and invasion of privacy.
Stephen actually has apologized after the incident at the bar. "I expressed my feelings in an improper manner in the heat of the moment, and allowed my emotions to get the better of me," he said. "I apologize to them for my poor judgment that night, and to Bristol for any hurt my actions may have caused her. I wish Bristol success with her television show, and much happiness in the future."
His lawyer, however, claimed he issued the apology after receiving threats against himself, his family "and even his pets."
"Life's a Tripp" will premiere on June 19.
