Police find threat involving Liverpool middle schooler is 'not credible'

LIVERPOOL,NY -New York State Police investigated a threat earlier this evening involving a Chestnut Hill Middle School student, according to the Liverpool Central School District.

Liverpool School Superintendent Mark Potter said in a Facebook post that police determined the threat "to be not credible.''

"I thank our students and parents for being vigilant and reporting their concerns," he said

Details of the threat were not released.
