Laura Trott and Jason Kenny look amazing on their wedding day

The Olympic legends, who have won ten gold medals between them, kept the details of the romantic marriage completely silent – but have finally spoken out one day after the happy celebrations.

They tied the knot at the 17th Century Hilltop Country House, in Cheshire, surrounded by their closest friends and family.

New husband Jason shared the amazing news with a picture of his new wife in bed, simply captioned: "Good morning Mrs Kenny."

And Laura's dad was quick to gush about the happy couple, also taking to social media to write: “So please to announce that my darling daughter @LauraTrott31 married @JasonKenny107 yesterday.

Keeping make-up to a minimum, her blonde hair was gorgeously plaited around her head, with a couple of angel curls cascading down her face.

And it seems the cyclist has already made her new status official, changing her Twitter name to “Laura Kenny”.

She made Olympic history earlier in the year after becoming the first female British athlete to win four gold medals.

And the celebrations didn't end there – as Jason also won his sixth just moments after she clinched her fourth in the omnium.

The athlete broke down into floods of tears as she emotionally watched her 28-year-old other half win in the keirin.

They now reign as the most successful couple in Olympic history, and couldn't stop kissing, hugging and celebrating once news broke the Jason had also won.

Following his victory, he admitted: "The best thing about is that we get to come away together and race together.

"Not many couples in the Olympic village can enjoy their success together. So that's really special and I feel really lucky about that."
