York Regional Police say a 70-year-old woman is dead following a three-vehicle crash in Woodbridge.
Police said they responded to a call at 7 a.m. Monday in the area of Islington Avenue south of Sonoma Boulevard.
Authorities said a silver Honda Civic was heading north on Islington when it collided with a black Toyota Rav4 going south and a blue Honda Civic.
Police said a woman from Vaughan who was behind the wheel of the silver Honda was pronounced dead at the scene.
