Amazon announced this afternoon that "Jurassic World" topped this year's physical pre-order list with its release today on DVD and Blu-Ray.
But it doesn't hold the digital pre-order crown: For that, "Fifty Shades of Grey" reigns supreme, not only holding the record for this year but for all time on Amazon.
The top physical (on-disc) video pre-orders for 2015 on the site are, in order:
- "Jurassic World"
- "Big Hero 6"
- "Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron"
- "Game of Thrones:" The Complete Fourth Season
Amazon declined to release specific pre-order numbers (either physical or digital,) or 2015's digital winners. But for all time on the digital side of Amazon pre-orders, 2015's "Fifty Shades" rules the list, beating out 2014's "Frozen," 2014's "Guardians of the Galaxy," and 2015's "American Sniper."
