PORTLAND, 6:39 p.m.: Highway 26 west at the Zoo

The right westbound lane of Highway 26 is blocked by a stall. Jammed up thru Vista Ridge Tunnel.

TUALATIN, 5:50 p.m.: Interstate 5 south

The middle lane of I-5 south is blocked by a crash. Ambulance and police on scene.

School is back today so watch out for those buses and crosswalks. The rain returns tomorrow so watch out for those slick spots.

A taxi caught fire earlier today that briefly shut down all of Interstate 84 west near 47th Avenue.
