Shaquille O’Neal announces “All-Star Comedy Jam Tour”

Now that he’s retired, Super Shaq-Fu has decided to focus his vast energies on a brand new project: a comedy tour. Yes, the man who starred in Kazaam has handpicked a select crop of comedians, including Aries Spears, Corey Holcomb, Tommy Davidson, Capone, Gary Owen, and Tony Roberts, for the first “All-Star Comedy Jam Tour”.

Kicking off in Memphis, TN on September 9th, Shaq and co. will then split the sides of New Haven, CT, Washington, DC, Norfolk, VA, Hammond, IN, Pittsburgh, PA, and beyond before wrapping up the comedic bullet train in Minneapolis, MN on November 19th. The tour, an extension of Shaq’s All-Star Comedy Jams specials that have aired since 2009, will also be shot for a reality show called All-Star Comedy Jam Backstage Pass. We’ve already cleared space on our DVR.

Check out the entire tour schedule below. Tickets go on sale June 17th at 10 a.m. EDT via AEGLive.com.
