Ben Franklin, Texas -- Mr. Lealon Autry Erwin, 76, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at his residence in Ben Franklin, TX.  Services will be held Sunday, October 25, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Pecan Gap.  Rev. Reuben Trussell will officiate.  Interment will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery of Ben Franklin, Texas at a later date.

Mr. Erwin was born September 7, 1939 in Pittsburg, OK to Ernest Taylor and Ellen (Ramey) Erwin.  He married Margaret Zoe Weaver on June 25, 1993 in Oklahoma; she preceded him in death on January 26, 2015.  Lealon was the owner/ operator of Erwin Auto Trim in Paris, TX, and was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by children, Lavonda Meeks and husband Ronnie of Stonewall, OK; Lea Anne Cavins and husband, Dennis of Ada, OK; Denise Cate of Fayetteville, AR; Lealon Erwin and wife Pam of Petty, TX; Kelly Erwin of Brookston, TX.  Step-children, John Draper and wife Joy of Paris, TX, Donna Klonower and husband Trey of Los Colinas, TX, Gloria Fox and husband Jim of Reno, TX, Peggy Coward and husband Lawrence of Powderly, TX, Priscilla Thompson of Paris, TX and Zoelinda Farley of Houston TX.  Grandchildren, Kirbi Meeks, Mallori Dixon. Sydney Cavins, Danbri Erwin, Payden Erwin, Cole Erwin, Ava Erwin and 3 Great Grandchildren.  Sisters, Laverne Barrett of Grand Prairie, TX, Fern Thompson  and husband Junior of Atoka, OK and Judy Longcrier  and husband Jerry of Alvarado, TX. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Margaret Zoe; sister, Ernestin Johnson and infant sister, Geneva Erwin; brothers; Johnny,  Harry, Clarence and L.J. Erwin.
