POTTSBORO, Texas (KXII) -- Duck Dynasty is coming to Texoma next Friday, all to support the foundation of a local young man who was killed in a car crash.

Triston Paris was 20 years old when he died in a crash in Caddo last May. Though his life was lost, his organs saved three lives.

His aunt and friends decided to start a foundation in his memory. The Team Triston Foundation's goal is to raise awareness about organ donation and also to raise money for local scholarships.

After being contacted by the foundation, Ducky Dynasty's John Godwin was inspired by Triston's story and agreed to come speak at the Team Triston Foundation benefit dinner and event next Friday, April 28.

"It's the total package, it's a Christian show that everybody could watch together as a family, of course it's hunting and fishing, and every part of that was totally Triston, so it just seemed so fitting to have someone of Ducky Dynasty's stature to come and represent us," Triston's aunt Amy Hedges said.

The event is open to the public and all of the proceeds will go to the foundation.

Tickets are $60. That includes dinner and the event to see Godwin speak. VIP tickets are $75 and that adds on a meet and greet with Godwin.

You can buy tickets at all Dennards locations, West Functional Chiropractic in Lake Kiowa, Craighead's in Caddo, Greenspray in Durant and Texoma Home Center in Calera.

LifeShare of Oklahoma will also be at the event, where people can sign up to be organ donors.
