“Rustic Rehab” (8 p.m., HGTV): This new series follows home renovation experts David and Chenoa Rivera as they snap up outdated cabins, vacation rentals and bungalows in Paradise, Ca. They then turn them into charming retreats and sell them to folks seeking a life in the foothills of Sierra Nevada Mountains.

“Queen of the South” (9 p.m., USA): To help wipe out her rivals in Phoenix, Teresa gets into bed with an ambitious politician.

“Bring It” (9 p.m. Lifetime): The Dancing Dolls are back with all new back-to-back episodes. Competition season is heating up as Battle Royale approaches and the girls will face some of their toughest rivals yet. With new routines to master and Coach D working on opening her Atlanta Dollhouse, the OG’s and DDP will have to work harder than ever before. And when Coach D finally narrows down the search for the new captain, the final two will have to face off in a heated Doll vs. Doll competition to determine who will earn the title.

“Snowfall” (10 p.m., FX): When Franklin needs Teddy’s help to clear the air with an old partner, Teddy sees a business opportunity. Lucia comes to the realization not everyone in her crew is who they seem to be.

“Nightwatch Nation” (10 p.m., A&E): The nonfiction series follows EMTs in Yonkers, New York, Austin, Texas, Tucson, Arizona and Baton Rouge, Louisiana as these real-life heroes risk their lives to work the busiest and most unnerving shift of the day, the overnight. Over 10 episodes, the EMTs tackle emergencies on every level, bringing viewers along for the ride while also experiencing the high intensity environment of the call centers.

“Shooter” (10 p.m., USA): Bob Lee drifts further apart from Julie as his search for Red Bama’s son leads him to a fringe group known as The Alpha Boys. In hopes of getting more information regarding a possible attack on Washington, Isaac and Nadine use Earl’s cache of information to schedule a meet with the President’s Chief of Staff. Carlita betrays the group and disappears.
