Credit Suisse Upgrades Equity One Inc. (EQY) to Neutral

Credit Suisse upgraded Equity One Inc. (NYSE: EQY) from Underperform to Neutral with a price target of $27.50. The upgrade comes amid another solid quarter.

"We are upgrading EQY to Neutral-a valuation call with the stock trading at an implied 6% cap rate, and a 7% discount to NAV," analyst I. Weissman said.
