It’s an in-state final two for Texas wide receiver Seth Jones. The St. Pius X (Houston) wideout shared this weekend on Twitter that he will be committing to either Baylor or Texas A&M on Aug. 3.

Listed at 6-feet, 180 pounds, Jones is a 3-star recruit rated the No. 140 Texas product, No. 160 wide receiver and No. 996 prospect overall nationally for the 2020 class on the 247Sports Composite. He holds nine other offers, including Boston College, TCU and Utah. Those three schools were in a top five he named in June.

In March, Jones participated in a regional edition of Nike’s “The Opening” competition camp, clocking a 4.47-second 40-yard dash. He played at Strake Jesuit before making the transfer to St Pius X. Jones camped at Texas A&M on June 13 and picked up a scholarship offer from the Aggies. Later that month, he took a visit to Baylor.
