Hammock Dunes condo sells for $1.06 million

A condo in Portofino in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Oct. 11-17 in Flagler County. Alan and Ann Keller, of Windermere, sold 7 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1106, to David and Donna Hodnik, of Palm Coast, for $1.06 million. Built in 2003, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,843 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $1,095,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

James and Sherrie Moss, of Collierville, Tennessee, sold 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 820, to Michell Tucker, Lindsey Locklear and Michael Preston for $425,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $300,000.

Claudia DeMao, of Flagler Beach, sold 109 Captains Walk, Unit 109, to Richard Neigel, of Cape Coral, for $198,000. Built in 1989, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,565 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $176,000.

Patricia St. Clair, as representative, sold 23 Fairways Circle to Carol Bare, as trustee, for $110,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $55,000.

Armand Beach

Roy and Deborah Brant, of Palm Coast, sold 4 Susan Place to Charles and Deborah Nettles, of Palm Coast, for $395,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,839 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $265,000.

Belle Terre

Joyce Fox and Phyllis Segretto sold 14 President Lane to Richard and Debra Isham, of Palm Coast, for $285,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,200 square feet.

Olesya Azarov sold 12 Puritan Lane to Brianna Stevens, of Palm Coast, for $222,700. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,890 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $150,300.

Fuquay

Gary and M. Catherine Lankenau, of Sarasota, sold 1536 Central Ave. to Janis and Christopher Devitto, of Palm Coast, for $345,000. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,145 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $312,000.

Grand Haven

Jill and Kenny Davia, of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, sold 32 Village Parkway N. to Jaime and Stella Yepes, of Pompano Beach, for $455,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 3,169 square feet.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. – Jacksonville sold 222 Grand Reserve Drive to Robert and Linda Barnes, of Bunnell, for $255,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,135 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

Michael and Diane Barber, of Alpharetta, Georgia, sold 6 Malaga Court to Michael and Christie Moore, of Peachtree City, Georgia, for $689,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,428 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $850,000.

Indian Trails

Nancy Campbell, of Palm Coast, sold 114 Burroughs Drive to Francis Pacilli Jr., of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $195,000.

Lehigh Woods

Almanac Group Inc., of Bunnell, sold 8 Renmont Court to Joseph and Denise Goldsberry for $214,900. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,630 square feet.

Marineland Acres

Johnny and Brenda Johns, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Atlantic Drive to Lance and Carrie Harlow, of Kennesaw, Georgia, for $330,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,915 square feet.

Matanzas Woods

Carl and Jennifer Sund, of Beverly Beach, sold 16 Lema Lane to Thomas and Ehildres Liptak, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,948 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $208,000.

Igor and Natalia Zintchenko, of Palm Coast, sold 37 Lindsay Drive to Mark Evalenko, of Brooklyn, for $175,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,899 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $238,700.

Lyanne Dy, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Port Royal Drive to Angela Socung and Brandon Hok, of Palm Coast, for $143,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $167,000.

Jon and LuAnn Chisholm, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Gale Lane to Paul Stancato and Carol Marcus, of Shorewood, Illinois, for $430,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,689 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $252,900.

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 620 Elk River Drive to David and Ginger Longstaff, of Ormond Beach, for $349,850. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,090 square feet.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 17 Zealand Place to Kadie Myers, of Palm Coast, for $245,500. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet.
