Logansport couple jailed after disturbance at Lafayette Theater

LAFAYETTE — Twenty-one-year-old Marco Antonio Perez punched out the glass window of the Lafayette Theater's ticket booth about 11:25 p.m. Saturday, police say.

Broken glass caused minor injuries to the theater employee inside the booth and resulted in police being called.

Perez appeared intoxicated, police said.

Officers booked Perez, of the 200 block of East Miami Street, Logansport, into jail on preliminary charges of criminal mischief and resisting law enforcement.

He was released from jail about 5:35 a.m. Sunday after posting bond, according to jail records.

Officers also arrested Perez's wife, Jasmine Guadalupe Molina, 21, of Logansport. She is accused of resisting law enforcement,
