Four plead guilty to hiding the man accused of killing a Pikeville police officer

Four people admitted earlier this month to helping hide the man police said shot and killed Pikeville Police Officer Scotty Hamilton in March.

Amanda Dotson along with Michael and Greg Slone pleaded guilty to a charge of hindering apprehension or prosecution.

Jeanne Blackburn pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor charge of attempting to hinder apprehension.

The Appalachian News Express reports as part of the agreements Hall and Blackburn all three agreed to help with the investigation into John Russell Hall.
