Casey Anthony's Mom Cindy's Lawyer Claims She's Too Ill For Foreclosure Trial

In a new twist for the controversial Anthony family, Casey's mother Cindy's lawyer claims she is too ill to go through her foreclosure trial with hubby George, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Cindy's notorious daughter, Casey, was acquitted of murdering her own daughter Caylee, 2, in 2011. America was stunned by the verdict.

After that, Casey's embattled parents Cindy and George have faced losing their Florida home through foreclosure.

Some believe the property may have been where their beloved granddaughter Caylee actually died.

There was set to be a trial this month to determine what will happen to the Anthonys' house after they allegedly failed to make mortgage payments.

But according to legal docs obtained by RadarOnline.com, Cindy's attorney filed a doctor's note on August 8, just two days before the foreclosure trial was set to start -- stating she was "unable to testify in court or perform her usual activities until further notice."

Two days later, on August 10, Cindy's legal eagle filed an emergency motion to stop the trial because Cindy "suffers from Hypertension/High Blood Pressure," and the stress of this case has caused her condition to be worse.

The lawyer claims Cindy is on bed rest and he can't even meet with her to prepare for the foreclosure trial.

However, this past spring, Cindy and George did a strenuous three-day interview with A & E for a special on the Casey Anthony case.

At one point, Cindy got so emotional that she stormed off the set!

Casey gave birth to adorable Caylee in 2005, and her grandparents doted on her.

But Cindy reported Caylee missing on July 15, 2008, saying it had been 31 days since she last saw her granddaughter.

Later, the toddler was found dead and as RadarOnline.com readers know, her mom Casey has lived a party girl life since being acquitted of killing Caylee.

Although prosecutors had accused Casey of murdering her daughter and hiding her body in the woods, jurors declared her "not guilty." The shocking 2008 murder has never been solved.
