The holidays are rapidly approaching, which means one thing in the fashion and beauty world: It's time for the ramp-up to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show to begin. As we get closer to the main event, more details are emerging about the annual extravaganza. We already know the models who are set to walk in the show. And on Monday, we learned who will be doing the makeup: the iconic — and Queen Elizabeth II–approved — makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury.
The makeup artist released a statement on Monday alongside her eponymous brand, announcing that she will be the exclusive glam sponsor for this year's show. "I am beyond excited to officially announce that I am the exclusive makeup sponsor of the heavenly, world-famous, iconic Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2018, in one of my favorite cities — New York," Tilbury said. "I have worked at this incredible, legendary show before and the dreamy, gorgeous supermodels have inspired the beauty DNA for so many of my magical products – from the perfect pouts to glowing goddess eyes!"
The partnership comes in tandem with her beauty brand's five-year anniversary. Is there any better way to celebrate than displaying your wares on a bunch of internationally televised models?! "It is a dream come true to be doing Victoria’s Secret show makeup this year with my brand, on our 5th birthday, with the world’s most heavenly models that are a dream to work with!" said Tilbury. She's vowed to share behind-the-scenes details with fans, who can sign up for scoops on the show on CharlotteTilbury.com.
Tilbury also teased that she'll be bringing back "two gorgeous, limited-edition products that will be used on the Angels." There's no word yet on what exactly those products will be — but keep watch on Winnie Harlow and Grace Bol's faces for a preview coming soon.
