Mendeecees Harris of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop New York has spoken out on when he will check into jail.

Yandy Smith & Mendeecees Harris Are Still Going Strong Despite His Legal Woes

Harris, who has been sentenced to eight years after pleading guilty for his connection to a huge drug ring, responded to a fan with a sarcastic remark when asked when he would be turning himself in to begin his time.

The fan commented on a photo of Harris in the studio.

They asked, “anyone knows when his time starts?”

Harris responded, “yea me!” making it clear that he knows when he’s going to jail, and that’s all that matters.

Meanwhile, he and his wife, Yandy Smith, are making the most of the time they have together before he is gone for quite a while. Smith shared a photo of the two laughing together and pointed out in the caption that her husband of roughly seven months is “the funniest person I know...”
