Pocahontas & Piggott in contention for the Yarnell’s Sweetest Play of the Year

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Two Region 8 squads are in the mix for the Yarnell’s Sweetest Play of the Year.
Pocahontas and Piggott were selected along with Little Rock Catholic, Conway, Charleston, and Greenwood. Redskins QB Dawson Chester had a highlight TD run in a win over Brookland. The Mohawks dialed up a hook & ladder on the first play of the Rice Bowl.
You can vote at https://www.yarnells.com/sweetest-play, the poll closes December 13th at 12:00pm. The winning school receives the following:
- Grand prize trophy
- $1,000 to the respective school’s booster club
- Yarnell’s Ice Cream party
