SUITLAND, Md
Andrews Federal Credit Union was recently certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work.
The designation is based on extensive ratings provided by the credit union's employees in anonymous surveys.
"This honor is the culmination of the intentional efforts of our Senior Executive Leadership, and our amazing staff," said Damita Robinson, Chief Human Resources Officer at Andrews FCU. "Benefits packages and training are only a part of the equation. Hiring the right people to change the culture is the other."
According to the study, 87% of employees feel a sense of pride in their accomplishments, and 85% are proud to tell others they work there.
