Man charged, woman in hospital after rollover crash

LEE COUNTY, Ill. (WIFR) – A woman is taken to the hospital after she’s thrown from a car during a roll over crash.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office says 35 year old Kyle Krebs from Eldena, Illinois was heading west on McGirr Road when his vehicle went off the road at a curve near the intersection of Nachusa Road. The vehicle rolled after going off the road, and the passenger, 42 year old Alicia Sexton from Eldena, was ejected.
Sexton was flown to St. Anthony in Rockford. Krebs is charged with driving under the influence.
