Unilever (UN) reported a fiscal 4Q15 turnover of 12,884.0 million euros, a rise of 6.5% when compared to the turnover of 12,094.0 million euros in fiscal 4Q14. Turnover for the personal care, foods, home care, and refreshment segments rose 9.0%, 3.0%, 6.2%, and 7.0%, respectively, in fiscal 4Q15, compared to the turnover of fiscal 4Q14.

Fiscal 2015 results

Unilever (UN) reported a fiscal 2015 turnover of 53,272.0 million euros, a rise of 10.0% compared to the turnover of 48,436.0 million euros in fiscal 2014. Turnover of the personal care, foods, home care, and refreshment segments rose 13.2%, 4.5%, 10.9%, and 10.3%, respectively, in fiscal 2015. Unilever’s net income and EPS (earnings per share) fell to 5,259.0 million euros and 1.72 euros, respectively, in fiscal 2015, compared to 5,515.0 million euros and 1.79 euros, respectively, in fiscal 2014.

Unilever’s cash and cash equivalents and inventories rose by 7.0% and 4.0%, respectively, in fiscal 2015. Its current ratio rose to 0.63, and its debt-to-equity ratio fell to 2.3 in fiscal 2015. In fiscal 2014, its current ratio and debt-to-equity ratio were 0.62 and 2.4, respectively.

The PE (price-to-earnings) and PBV (price-to-book value) ratios of Unilever are 22.6x and 7.2x, respectively, as of January 19, 2016.
