F-M Comic-Con Brings Largest Crowd Yet

More than a thousand comic book lovers from around the region came to this year’s Fargo–Moorhead Comic–Con.
Along with comics, memorabilia and vendors, the event brought in guests for people wondering how to get into the comic book business.

This is the fifth year for the event and it’s the first time it went on for two days.

There were also costume contests throughout the weekend.

“This is just a weekend of fun really and it’s a way to escape the cold for a weekend and have a little fun with the stuff. If you appreciate some of the shows that are on TV now or movies, or just you remember when you were a kid reading comics it’s a great place to hit,” said F-M Comic-Con Chairman Tony Tilton.

Organizers want people to watch out for their next event, ValleyCon in mid October.
