Sherri Shepherd has been sharing her success with the keto diet for a while now, and the results are pretty incredible. But today, she did something she's never done before: She shared a photo of herself without a shirt on to really emphasize just how much her body has changed.

"I have never shared what my body looks like with no clothes on," Sherri wrote in her Instagram post, showing three pictures of herself—two in just a sports bra. "But I wanted to share with you what I looked like 10 months ago and the progress I've made since April 2018."

Sherri showed eight more photos in her Instagram series, with her caption detailing her weight-loss journey: "I went off #sugar #coldturkey in Mar 2018 and [started] #keto [approximately] June/July 2018," she wrote.

Overall, Sherri says she lost about 30 pounds (from 189 pounds to about 159 pounds). She also shared her shrinking waistline measurements (her waistline is 35 inches now, down from 47 inches). Sherri says she's still got a few more inches to go, saying she'd love to get down to a 29- or 27-inch waist.

Sherri also explained that she's all about making manageable changes. "Just want to encourage you to take one step towards your health...then another...then another...small changes everyday (more water...more sleep...exercise...meditation...prayer...forgiveness...less sugar...less carbs...) yield big #results in one year," Sherri wrote in the caption.

Her overall goal is to share her story and help others on their weight-loss journeys. "I am passionate about wanting YOU to feel better...find your purpose and get past fear. I want so much for you to experience #freedom... to get your #joy back...to feel #confidence that you can conquer the world! If I can do it, YOU can too!"
