Ahead of their tour dates with Liam Gallagher, The Sherlocks have unveiled a new acoustic video for ‘Chasing Shadows’. Check it out on NME first below.
Taken from their successful debut album ‘Live For The Moment’, the new bare bones rendition shines a spotlight on frontman Kiaran Crook’s vocals and songcraftsmanship.
“It’s starting to come back, guitar music,” bassist Andy Davidson told NME last year. “At the moment, there’s not really anyone leading it.
Kiaran Crook compared The Sherlocks to the era-defining likes of Arctic Monkeys and Kaiser Chiefs.
“Personally, anyway, I haven’t seen many of those bands – big guitar bands,” he said. “I’m on about new bands that are coming through, so I don’t see why we couldn’t lead the way or certainly help contribute to the guitar scene and bring it back.”
