MILLSTADT, IL (KTVI) – A woman is facing charges after she allegedly used tear gas to attack her ex-boyfriend and his new girl friend.  The attacked happened in a duplex near Lexington Drive and Concord. Investigators say 31-year-old Jennifer McClure has been charged with the attack using personal defense tear gas.

McClure was immediately arrested and taken into custody.

Investigators say the male victim went back inside his home and shortly after McClure returned to the duplex, yelling, screaming and spraying the victims with the chemical.

Police say the victims were treated for   burns   and are expected to survive,

The investigation is on going.
