Kansas City police said a man found dead outside a home late Tuesday is the city's latest homicide victim.Officers said they were called to the area of 45th Street and Askew Avenue about 8:15 p.m. and found the victim between two houses, dead from gunshot wounds.Witnesses said they heard a disturbance, followed by several gunshots.Police identified the man as Leland Dickens, 33, of Kansas City, Mo.Investigators have not offered any details about who may have shot the man.
